A tour of the ISD Heritage Centre normally takes about 3 hours. What the students can expect to see at the Centre are displays and exhibits on various security themes such as terrorism, race and religious extremism, espionage, the Communist Party of Malaya and the Indonesian Confrontation. There will also be a section in the Centre showcasing the history, structure and organisation of ISD.

Programme for the Visits
The Centre will provide a guided tour for the students. Additionally, we have incorporated a Q&A session at the end of the tour during which the students are free to ask any questions they may have about the Centre or other security-related issues. We do not normally provide such a Q&A session for visits by other groups, so we do encourage the students to make full use of this privilege. We will also try to incorporate some topical questions for the students to ponder on during the tour proper so that they can think over some of the security issues impacting Singapore and raise any questions or concerns they may have during the Q&A session.We hope to make the visits a valuable educational experience for the students.
